VSSUT is gearing up its 2nd Convocation on 9th October at 9am

It is my great pleasure to inform you that our alma-mater is gearing up for its 2nd Convocation on 9th October 2010 at 9am. All the 2010 batch graduands will be awarded their degrees during the convocation. Eminent Physicist and educationist of the Country Padmabhusan Prof. Yash Pal (PhD, MIT USA), Ex-chairman UGC and currently Chancellor of JNU, New Delhi will be our Chief Guest to deliver the convocation address. His excellency Honorable Governor of Orissa cum Chancellor VSSUT Shri M.C. Bhandare will preside over the convocation. The convocation details will be available in our university website – www.vssut.ac.in.
Alumni are invited to witness this grand occasion of our alma-mater.

I would like to point out that ..the invitation letter posted in the website is not in a proper format.
It doesn’t have a official letter Head and signature in it.
People at Colllege, please rectiify this ,so as it get a formal look.
