RASHTRIYA GAURAV AWARD and Certificate of Excellence are awarded annually from INDIA INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY to eminent personalities representing different fields from the country and abroad who have contributed remarkably towards progress of India in their respective fields.
This award is given to personalities who have specialised in various fields like science and technology, education, industry, fine arts, politics and social work, in lieu of the yeomen services rendered with excellence in their respective fields.

it will be great Honor for our university.
But still we are far away for achieving a respectable position for our college.we are lacking in
1. till now no access to online journal site(IEEE,SCIENCE DIRECT etc) .
2. internet facility to all hostel.
3. there is no provision to access past thesis of b.tech/m.tech/phd student
History says that we produced quality engineer to serve our nation.but unable to produce research environment in our campus that is essential to take our institute to a top level.
so i request all the alumini to have a meeting to tackle this type of problem.

It is not surprising that, in keeping with the above, the IIFS has also been criticised for not drawing up and publishing clear guidelines for bestowing its awards. Furthermore, its award winning ceremonies are usually combined with a common banquet also attended by prominent persons of India or the respective country; participants are expected to pay for the banquet, the proceeds also going towards the funding of the awards themselves. This has drawn criticism too.
Another criticised aspect is that the IIFS also institutes awards for Indians within India for deeds seemingly not having to do with its self-defined aims. Chief among these awards is the Rāṣţrīya Gaurav (Rashtriya Gaurav, i.e. National Glory) Award. However, the fact that important state officials both past and present attend and preside at the award ceremonies relativises this criticism.

He really deserves.I still can recall those days in final year,when he used to call us to his home for project related work in the month of may or june.we have worked a lot with him,we even worked upto 1pm in the night.But at that time , he was more proactive than us.It shows how dedicated he is towards his students.I don’t have doubt in his abilities,but I would request him to recruit some good lectures for CS/IT/MCA branches.Sir,you can’t take whole responsibilities.I would also request you to motivate students for higher studies and urge you to make our curriculum more practical oriented , to introduce this project from 3rd year and conduct open-book exams if possible.

Just recalled those college days… when you joined the college as a lecturer. You filled in all the energies to the CSE Dept, and took on the challenge to bring in real ‘education’ to an otherwise a pretty bookish curriculum. Those days are still fresh in mind, when we used to sit with you in Labs, encourage us to work on project totally outside the course and prepare project assignments for our next generations. Ah… how can we forget those ACM-ICPC preparation days!
