Dear Alumni,
The whole idea of starting the alumni newsletter was to bring the alumni closer to their alma mater and to keep them posted on the happenings of the University. We did it well in 2010 and did receive a lot of appreciations and suggestions. However, due to some circumstances, we could not publish any issue in 2011. But, we now have a bright team of students who have come together and have put this issue, with some recent happenings which is bound to have your head held high as an alumni.
I am sure you will enjoy this 2012 Q1 issue of the newsletter more than we enjoyed putting the facts together for you. This issue features the dawn of the auto era in VSSUT and narrates the quest of the students in the recently concluded BAJA SAE India 2012. We also bring together a lot of pictures which depict the state of things in the University and the story of the recently concluded annual Festivals at VSSUT among others. As always we would look forward to your suggestions and contributions to make this better and better with age. Once again sorry for staying out of your mailbox last year and we hope we would continue to appear once every quarter going ahead.
